1. Acceptance of these Terms
Welcome to rabbit-ai.ai (the "Site"), operated by Rabbit-AI LLC ("Rabbit-AI," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site. By visiting or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from visiting or using the Site and must exit.
2. About this Site
The Site is an informational website. It describes our software product(s), including EvidenceCheck™, and lets you reach us through a contact form. The Site does not currently offer general accounts, logins, purchases, or downloads. Nothing herein is an offer to sell or license any product.
From time to time the Site may also offer a limited beta-access or invitation feature — for example, allowing invited users to request or redeem an access code for early access to a product. Any such feature, and any beta or early-access program, may be subject to additional terms presented at the time. Access codes and invitations are personal to the invited recipient and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
3. No legal advice, no attorney-client relationship, and your responsibility
Please read this section carefully. Our audience is legal professionals, and the product concerns litigation work, so we want to be exact.
Rabbit-AI is a software company. It is not a law firm, it does not practice law, and it does not and cannot provide legal advice or legal services in any jurisdiction. Nothing on this Site, and nothing produced by any product of Rabbit-AI (such as the EvidenceCheck software), is legal advice or a substitute for a lawyer's own review and professional judgment. Using the Site or the product does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Rabbit-AI, and no such relationship is or will be formed by any contact form submission, by any correspondence with us, or by any use of our materials or products.
Our products are aids to your legal practice; responsibility for accuracy, application, and judgment remain yours
Our products, including EvidenceCheck, are legal practice aids. Our products are designed to help a legal professional do their job, but the products do not replace or substitute for the judgment of the legal professional. Our products do not, and cannot, replace the user's own independent review and judgment.
The following apply to the output of our products, whether or not a product uses artificial intelligence:
- No guarantee of accuracy. We do not warrant that the output is accurate, complete, current, or error-free. For example, software can misunderstand an edge case or an unusual document, and results should always be checked against the underlying record.
- OCR and source-document limits. Where the input is derived from optical character recognition (OCR) or from scanned, photographed, handwritten, or damaged documents, the results are subject to the inherent limits of OCR and imaging technology, which can introduce errors from the source material that no software can fully eliminate.
- Provided "as is." All output is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, is informational only, and is not legal advice.
- An aid, not a substitute for verification. The output is an aid to your own review; it must not be relied upon in place of independently verifying the authoritative record, and it must not be used as the sole or determinative basis for any filing, decision, or advice.
- You remain responsible. You — whether an attorney, paralegal, or other professional — remain fully and solely responsible for your work product and filings, for the accuracy of your citations and quotations, for your professional and ethical obligations, and for the final judgment about what to submit to a court, an adversary, a colleague, a client, or anyone else. You are ultimately responsible for all decisions made, actions taken, and failures to take action based on your use of the Site or the product.
Artificial intelligence and AI-powered products (where offered)
EvidenceCheck is deterministic software and is not generative artificial intelligence: it does not "hallucinate." We describe it that way because it is true of that product.
Rabbit-AI may in the future offer other products or features that do use generative AI. Where a product, feature, or output is identified as using generative AI — or unless we state otherwise for a given product — the following applies in addition to the responsibilities above: AI-generated output may produce plausible-sounding but factually incorrect information, including fabricated or incorrect citations, quotations, case names, or statutes; such output must not be relied upon and must be independently verified by the user, and that responsibility applies with particular force.
4. Permitted use
You may view and use the Site for your own lawful, informational purposes — to learn about Rabbit-AI and our products, including EvidenceCheck, and to contact us. You may share links to the Site.
5. Prohibited use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or redistribute the Site's content except as allowed under Section 6;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems, or otherwise interfere with, disrupt, probe, or overload the Site or its underlying infrastructure;
- share, sell, transfer, or attempt to redeem an access code or invitation you were not given, or circumvent any access control on the Site;
- introduce malware or any harmful code, or use any automated means to access the Site in a way that burdens it;
- submit false, misleading, abusive, infringing, or unlawful content through the contact form, or use it to send spam or to impersonate another person; or
- misuse the Rabbit-AI or EvidenceCheck names, logos, or marks (see Section 6).
6. Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, layout, logos, and the underlying design — are owned by Rabbit-AI LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Rabbit-AI™, EvidenceCheck™, and the Rabbit-AI purple rabbit logo are trademarks of Rabbit-AI LLC. All other names and marks are the property of their respective owners.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to view and use the Site for the informational purposes described above. This does not transfer any ownership or intellectual-property rights to you. You may not use our name, marks, or content to imply endorsement or affiliation, or in any way likely to cause confusion, without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7. Third-party links and services
The Site may reference or link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. It also relies on third-party services to function — a website hosting platform (GoDaddy) and a form-processing service (Formspree) that handles contact submissions (both described in our Legal notice). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your dealings with them are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current. You use the Site at your own risk.
This disclaimer applies to the Site. Any Rabbit-AI software or product — including EvidenceCheck — is or will be governed by its own separate license or terms, and the warranties, disclaimers, and limitations that apply to a product are those stated in that product's own agreement, not this one.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rabbit-AI LLC and its members, officers, employees, representatives, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site — whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) five hundred U.S. dollars (US$500) or (b) the amounts, if any, you paid to Rabbit-AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rabbit-AI LLC and its members, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date below. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree that the state and federal courts located in New Mexico shall be the exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms, including the enforcement of these Terms. You consent to personal jurisdiction in said courts for any such dispute.
13. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in effect. These Terms, together with our Legal notice, are the entire agreement between you and Rabbit-AI regarding your use of the Site.
