Rabbit-AI LLC — rabbit-ai.ai

This page brings together our company information, copyright and trademark notices, important disclaimers, and our privacy statement for this website.

1. Company information

This website is operated by Rabbit-AI LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. You can reach us through the Contact page on rabbit-ai.ai.

2. Copyright and trademarks

© 2026 Rabbit-AI LLC. All rights reserved. The content of this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Rabbit-AI LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright law.

Rabbit-AI™, EvidenceCheck™, and the Rabbit-AI purple rabbit logo are trademarks of Rabbit-AI LLC. You may not use these names or marks without our prior written permission. All other product, service, and company names referred to on this site — including any third-party services named in our privacy statement — are the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners, are used for identification only, and their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

3. No legal advice, no attorney-client relationship, and your responsibility

Rabbit-AI is a software company. It is not a law firm, it does not practice law, and it does not and cannot provide legal advice or legal services in any jurisdiction. Nothing on this website, and nothing produced by any product of Rabbit-AI (such as the EvidenceCheck software), is legal advice or a substitute for a lawyer's own review and professional judgment. Visiting this site or contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship, and no such relationship is or will be formed.

Our products, including EvidenceCheck, are software tools for legal professionals. They assist attorneys in doing their jobs – they do not do the jobs for the attorneys. They do not replace or eliminate the need for the attorney's independent review. We do not guarantee that the output of any product is accurate, complete, or error-free — for example, software can misread an edge case, and where the input comes from OCR or from scanned, photographed, or damaged documents the results carry the inherent limits of that technology. All output is provided "as is" as an aid to the attorney's own review; it is not a substitute for the attorney independently verifying the record, and it must not be the sole basis for any filing or other action. The user remains fully responsible for their own filings, citations, professional and ethical obligations, and final judgment about what to submit to a court, an adversary, a colleague, a client, or anyone else.

EvidenceCheck is not generative AI and does not "hallucinate." Rabbit-AI may offer AI-powered products in the future; where a product or output is identified as using generative AI, additional terms apply — in particular, AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or fabricated, is provided only as an aid for the attorney's independent evaluation and not for reliance, and remains the attorney's responsibility to verify. See the Terms & Conditions for details.

4. Product privacy: EvidenceCheck runs locally

We built EvidenceCheck with the confidentiality of your work in mind. The software runs locally on your own computer. It does not send your briefs, evidence, or case materials to us or to the cloud for processing. Your files stay on your machine. (This statement describes the product's design; the software will be governed by its own license terms when it is released.)

5. Website privacy statement

This section explains what personal information this website collects and how we handle it. It applies to the website only.

5.1 What we collect, and why

The only personal information this site actively collects is what you choose to give us through the contact form: your name, email address, and the message you write. We use this information to read and respond to your message and to keep a record of our correspondence with you. If your message identifies a litigator's headache that we might help to solve, we may use your suggestion to improve or develop our products, without any obligation to you. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We do not use advertising trackers, ad pixels, or cross-site profiling cookies, and the site does not load third-party content that tracks you as you browse. The only external service that receives the information you submit is Formspree, and only at the moment you choose to submit the contact form (described below). There is no passive, automatic sharing of your information with third parties as you read the site.

Our website host, GoDaddy, serves and secures the pages, provides basic aggregate visitor statistics (such as counts of visitors and form submissions), and may display a cookie banner; providing these host functions may involve setting some cookies and processing technical data such as your IP address. We do not use GoDaddy's visitor statistics to advertise to you or to track you across other websites. GoDaddy processes data under its own policies, which we do not control; we do not independently verify, and cannot represent, how GoDaddy handles data on its own systems.

5.2 Third-party services we rely on

GoDaddy (website host and platform). This site is built and hosted on GoDaddy's platform. GoDaddy serves the pages, provides the built-in aggregate visitor statistics described above, and may manage a cookie banner for the Site. As part of hosting and securing the site, GoDaddy may process technical data such as IP address and device/browser information under its own privacy and cookie policies (currently published at godaddy.com/legal). We encourage you to review those policies to understand how GoDaddy handles data, which is determined by GoDaddy and not by us.

Formspree (contact-form processing). Our contact form is handled by Formspree, a third-party form-processing service, which receives your submission and delivers it to us. This happens only when you choose to submit the form. Formspree acts as a service provider / data processor on our behalf and processes your submission under its own privacy policy and security practices (currently published at formspree.io). We encourage you to review Formspree's privacy policy to understand how it handles data in transit, which is determined by Formspree and not by us.

We select our service providers with care, but we do not control, and are not responsible for, how GoDaddy, Formspree, or other third parties operate their own systems or handle data under their own policies. Aside from the host functions described above and the Formspree contact form, the site does not intentionally share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law or to protect our rights.

5.3 If our tools change later

We may in the future add website analytics (such as Google Analytics), other cookies, or spam-and-abuse protection for the contact form (such as a CAPTCHA service). If and when we do, those tools may set additional cookies and may share limited technical data — such as your IP address — with their providers. In that event we will update this page to describe them and will provide appropriate means to manage or decline non-essential cookies and similar technologies, consistent with applicable law. Any such change applies going forward from the time we post it.

5.4 How long we keep your messages

We keep contact-form submissions only as long as needed to respond to you, to use your suggestion about a litigator's headache if you have submitted one, and for our records, and in any event no longer than 24 months after our last correspondence with you, after which we delete or anonymize them. We will periodically review stored submissions and delete those that have exceeded this period.

5.5 How to access or delete your personal information

If you have sent us a message through the site and would like us to provide a copy of, correct, or delete the personal information you gave us, contact us through the Contact page on rabbit-ai.ai, and we will honor reasonable requests consistent with applicable law.

5.6 California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

Based on our size and activities, we do not currently meet the thresholds that make a business subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. Even so, as a matter of good practice: the categories of personal information we collect through this site are the identifiers and message content you submit through the contact form, plus limited technical information (such as IP address and device/browser data) that our website host processes automatically as part of serving the site; we collect these only to respond to you and to operate, secure, and understand use of the site; and we do not sell or share your personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents may contact us to access or delete the information they have submitted, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

5.7 Visitors from the EU/UK (GDPR)

If you contact us from the European Union or the United Kingdom, we process the information you submit on the basis of your consent in sending it and our legitimate interest in reading and responding to your message. You have rights under the GDPR to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to it; you may exercise these by contacting us. Note that our host, GoDaddy, receives technical data such as your IP address as part of serving and securing the site, and, if you use the contact form, Formspree receives your submission in order to deliver it to us — each under its own policies, which we do not control. We do not otherwise intentionally transfer your personal information internationally beyond the U.S.-based services described here.

5.8 Security and confidentiality

The contact form and email travel over the public internet. While we and, we believe, our service providers take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and messages sent over the internet are generally not encrypted end-to-end and could be intercepted or accessed by others. We cannot guarantee the security of information you send us, and we are not responsible for the security of transmissions outside our control. Please do not send confidential, privileged, client-sensitive, or case-specific information through the contact form. Use it only for general inquiries and messages, and share any sensitive material only through a secure channel arranged with us.

5.9 Children

This site is intended for practicing attorneys and other professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

5.10 Changes to this statement

We may update this Legal page from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date below.
